Due to the layout and design of this property including open staircases, elevated terraces, and fragile furnishings it is not suitable for children under the age of 12. This property requires owner approval for all reservations, and is subject to completion of the background check with 72 hour minimum notice period after the booking is completed to confirm the reservation. This property only allows a 6-month term minimum, up to 12 months. Furnished lease is preferred. Please note that utilities are separate from the total booking amount and are to be covered by guests throughout their stay. Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home. As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property. Monthly Housekeeping Policy: For all reservations with stays of 60 nights or longer, a full mid-stay cleaning by our housekeeping team is required every 30 days. The required mid-stay cleaning fee(s) will be invoiced immediately prior to the service and upon coordination of a suitable date and time for the cleaning to take place.
